This is a promotional copy of Tori Amos' first major release- her band Y Kant Tori Read. It's got a hype sticker, promo stamp and a cut-out, denoting the album wasn't intended for retail sale.
The jacket has some sticker residue and slight creases, as shown in the photo. The original inner sleeve with liner notes is included, as is a protective inner poly sleeve.
The album is at least VG+, as it looks unplayed, save for a few surface scratches that are only detectable on close inspection and do not affect play at all. Will be packaged well and shipped with tracking and insurance.
