Outer Sleeve:  Very Good Plus (noticeable creasing and edge-wear;  sticker in top right corner).
Vinyl: Very Good Plus (nice glossy, clean vinyl with only some  light, superficial marks to either side. Record plays through really well with no jumps or skips whatsoever)
