This is the 1966 album Revolver Jazz by Don Randi Trio in a monophonic vinyl LP promo issued by Reprise Records in the US (R-6229).
The vinyl and picture sleeve are in Very Good condition; the vinyl with surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the picture sleeve with moderate edge wear and ring wear, a partial split of the top seam, and traces of grease pencil and a promo sticker on the front.
