Not sealed but record is new, never played.
I don't recall ever removing the record from the sleeve.
Some wear to the sleeve/inner, the inner backing has creased a bit on the sides/corners - see pics.
Note also that I think some of the gloss on the etched vinyl has peeled away from being in the poly sleeve? See pics - where the outer plastic looks stuck on the vinyl, sold as-is.
