An rare vintage pair!
I am not an expert grader, but these have been very well taken care of.
Cover conditions exactly as shown. Please check out the pictures! The covers have been stored (and will be sent) in plastic sleeves. They folding cover has former owner's name small and neatly at inner top. Notice tiny tear bottom of inner fold. I'll call the covers VG+.
Albums (stored in plastic sleeves) each have former owner's name written small and neatly. Otherwise, they seem NM. I'll call them VG+ to be safe.
