This is part of a big auction of King & Federal 45's I'm running this week. There are also a few rare blues & R&B extras. Take a look at my other items and keep an eye out for a Herald/Ember auction starting 8/7 and an all 50's Atlantic Records auction on 8/21.
Here's the info on this item:
Release: The Checkers - Mama's Daughter / I Wasn't Thinking, I Was Drinking
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1954
Notes: Interesting doo-wop/R&B mash-up, just about equal elements of both here. Really fun tracks. Has the standard blue labels with silver print.
Vinyl Condition: VG, vinyl is in pretty nice shape and plays very well, but does have numerous tiny surface scuffs on Side B. Just a few minor marks on Side A. Sounds great though, some minimal noise in spots, but not bad at all. Labels have some scuffing and very small surface tear. I'd call this one a strong VG, but it plays VG+.
Sleeve Condition: The sleeves on almost all the records I'm selling are pretty much in the same condition: there are wrinkles and some light bends as well as a small pencil number in the top right corner, but no tears or major damage.
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
I will combine shipping for anyone who wins more than one item. If you do need combined shipping, please wait for an invoice before paying.
