Play tested the record, and it has a very good sound quality, light noise hiss, crackle & an occasional pop. 
A good deep groove cleaning would be advised!
Record cover is in good condition, all corners have edge wear, and almost the entire seam is split along the left verticle side.
The booklet is complete and in very good condition, cover page has a small tear, see photos. 
The record is in VG+ condition, has some fine hairlines/sleeve scuffs and the glue for the record labels have dried up and no longer are attached but are in nice condition!!
