This is part of a big auction of mainly Herald & Ember 45's I'm running this week. Release: The "5" Willows - Baby Come A Little Closer / Lay Your Head on My Shoulder

Format: 45 rpm 7" single

Year: 1954

Notes: Original pressing of this record, another group that only ever released a handful of singles, but did do some stuff under different names.  Nice little R&B track with a doo-wop feel to the vocals.

Vinyl Condition: VG, vinyl is in nice shape, but does have some either hazing or surface scuffing, it's hard to tell - there is definitely some visual discolorations.  Doesn't affect play though, both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are very nice with original gloss and no writing/tears. There is some light ring scuffing. I guess this is technically VG, but definitely on the stronger end.
