This is the 1971 single Raise The Taxes b/w We'll Still Be On Our Honeymoon in its 7" 45 RPM vinyl release in the US on D Records (1294).
The vinyl is in Very Good condition light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine with moderate surface noise.
