This is a 1960 original Riverside Mono pressing. Both sides of the vinyl are clear of marks. The music plays clean with a little surface noise in the quieter passages but sounds unbelievable for a solo piano recording of this age. The sleeve is fraying on the spine and the corners. Tape from the original owner holds two of the sides together. Writing on the back was the original owner's catalog system. Part of a collection that was in storage for over 40 years. Vinyl stored in anti static MoFi sleeve.
Recorded in San Francisco; October 21 and 22, 1959.

To be an original first pressing this record must have:
- deep grooved small 92mm diameter blue/silver "mike & reels" labels with "Bill Grauer Productions" on bottom without INC.
- Bill Grauer Productions, Inc. on back-cover
- 553 West 51st Street New York 19, N.Y. address on back-cover
