Here is the NOT A PROMO 2LP version of the Concert For Bangla Desh without a drill hole or sawmark in the cover.  Many experts have never seen a normal, non-promotional record store copy and believe that such versions do not exist.  
Forget all of the rumors that you heard, here is the true story as told by me - Robert Paris, Ebay seller "bobpar12" and the founder of Pack Central - the Capitol Records account that was the exclusive seller of this album.  
You probably remember George Harrison's Concert For Bangla Desh 3LP set in the orange box.  Pack Central was one of the largest distributors of Capitol Records product in the USA and back in 1982 I bought all of Capitol's remaining inventory.  And sold it all - if only I had saved a copy!  In 1983, my Capitol salesperson notified me that the entire 3LP set was being condensed onto 2LPs to cut costs and assigned catalog # SABB-12248.  Decent idea, the records were pressed and then the album was taken off release.  It turned out that a few record labels had lent-out their artists to appear on the original album and there was a disagreement over royalties that would be paid on sales of the 2LP version.  
In the early 90's the royalties issue was finally resolved in order for Capitol to release the album on Compact Disc.  I reached out to Capitol/EMI and argued that since the royalties dispute had been settled, they could now sell the 2LP vinyl version to me.  I was sent only 212 copies and then Capitol's remaining inventory was destroyed.  Ouch.  The 2LP version was sold only to Pack Central and no other customer received this album.  
To prove that my copies were for retail sale and not "promos," I have uploaded an image of one of the CEMA [Capitol, EMI, Manhattan & Angel distribution] invoices that even includes my initials authorizing the invoice for payment.  
I only have a handful of 2LP sets left and expect to sell out.  It is also possible that I will increase the price with successive listings so BUY IT NOW to avoid disappointment.  Please note that this product has been boxed for almost 40 years and the sealed cover may exhibit ringwear or other evidence of being stored.  These albums are NVOS - New VERY Old Stock.  I have decades of experience shipping vinyl to discriminating buyers and your album will be packed well - as if I handed it to you directly from the wrapping table.  Guaranteed to arrive in the same condition it was in when it left here.
