Sealed and in excellent condition with very minor ring wear seen in the pictures and one tiny ding on the bottom of the back of the sleeve.
When shipping media mail from Alaska, the packages go in a barge and it takes 2-5 weeks until it reaches Seattle. From there it is sorted and then shipped from there.
