This is the 1990 EP High Jack by various artists in its promotional 12" vinyl release in the US on Wax Trax! Records (WAX PROMO 3) with a generic outer sleeve.
The vinyl and generic sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition; the vinyl with a resale price sticker on the B side label, and with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the generic sleeve with minimal edge wear and ring wear.
