This is the 1985 EP Aikea-Guinea by Cocteau Twins in its 12" vinyl release in the UK on 4AD (BAD 501) with an outer picture sleeve.
The vinyl and picture sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition; the vinyl with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the picture sleeve with minimal creasing and with a 1/2" seam split in the spine.
