According to Discogs this is likely the first US pressing. It is the version that includes the lyric sheet and has the Warner Brothers logos with out the word "records"

Record: Good. Several scuffs and hairline scratches. Background noise can be heard through the music throughout the record. Does not skip. 

Cover / Outer Sleeve: Badly worn. Seam split on one corner. 

Inner Sleeve: Poor. Badly discolored and split on all 3 sides.

Also includes lyric sheet.  

I place each record in a new poly inner sleeve to protect it from surface wear and dust during shipping.

Records

Mint: Never opened, flawless condition.
Near Mint: Looks like it has never been played. Plays without background noise. 
Excellent / Very Good+: Some minor scuffs such as sleeve slide marks. Scuffs are not audible but the record may have very minor background noise in quiet sections.
Very Good: Moderate scuffs or hairline scratches. Moderate noise from scuffs and scratches or moderate background noise
Good: Obvious scratches that you can also feel with a fingernail. Scratches can be heard as ticks or pops. Obvious background noise.
Poor: Significant scratches. Cannot be played without skipping or repeating.

Cover / Outer Sleeve

Mint: Never opened, flawless condition.
Near Mint: Looks nearly perfect.
Excellent / Very Good+: Minor edge wear or ring wear.
Very Good: Moderate edge wear or ring wear. Small seam splits.
Good: Obvious edge wear or ring wear. Large seam splits. Tape or writing.
Poor: Edges or corners significantly dented. Seams completely split, possibly taped back together.

Inner Sleeve

Mint: Never opened, flawless condition.
Near Mint: Looks nearly perfect.
Excellent / Very Good+: Minor fold or minor seam splits.
Very Good: Moderate fold or seam splits.
Good: Obvious folds, wrinkles, or large seam splits.
Poor: Significant folds, wrinkles, or tears
