This is the 1980 album Heathen Earth by Throbbing Gristle in its 1983 vinyl LP reissue in the UK on Mute Records (MIR 004) with a gatefold sleeve.
The vinyl and gatefold sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition; the vinyl with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the gatefold sleeve with moderate edge wear and creasing, and with a 1" seam spit in the spine, and a 3" seam split on the top edge.
