This is the 1988 maxi-single Peek-A-Boo by Siouxsie And The Banshees in its 12" vinyl release in the US on Geffen Records (9 20977-0) with an outer picture sleeve.
The vinyl and picture sleeve are in Very Good Plus condition; the vinyl with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine; the picture sleeve with minimal edge wear and ring wear, and with a resale sticker and gold promo sticker on the front.
