Small Faces' self-titled 1st LP released in 1966 on Decca (LK-4790). Original UK MONO pressing (I'm all but certain this is the very first/earliest label variation). Laminated front cover. The cover is EX/EX+ with a few very small creases around the perimeter, a small amount of lamination lift on front along some of the spine, slight signs of handling/small creases, slight general aging, and there is a 1 inch, thin stain on the back at upper right (across the word "MONO"; see photo). The vinyl looks pretty much perfect. Comes with the poly-lined inner sleeve.
Grading scale: M, NM, EX+, EX, EX-, VG+, VG, VG-, G+, G, F, P 
I use oversized LP mailers with plenty of bubble wrap to fully protect the cover's corners and edges during transit. Sealed albums are strapped between cardboard flats to secure the vinyl inside and prevent splits.
