This listing is for a hard to find vintage vinyl LP of the original soundtrack to the film The Karate Kid.
This is a US first pressing released in 1984 by Casablanca with catalog # 822 213-1 M-1.
Record Condition:
Moderate overall amount of visible surface wear is present in the way of several light hairline non-feelable scratches (mostly on Side B) and minor scuff marks.
Surface noise is present at times, but is usually pretty minimal.
Clean center labels.
Vinyl still has a very nice gloss.
There's also some light dust/dirt and a few finger print smudges, so a thorough cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound even more.
Industry Grade: Conservatively I'd grade this as a VG because of the hairline scratches on Side B.
Jacket Condition:
Obvious signs of age and shelf wear present on edges, spine, and corners.
Some visible ring wear is present.
Cardboard creasing is present.
No seam splits.
Inner Sleeve: Poly inner sleeve.
Industry Grade: VG.
