You are looking at an original Canadian pressing of the music from the original soundtrack of the film "Suspira" by "Goblin".  Catalog # LAT 1042.  Originally released in 1977.

VINYL:  Vinyl is in EX condition.  Looks like it has been played a couple of times at most.  Super clean, No warping, no significant damage of any kind.  Play tested nice and clean.  A few very slight surface scuffs from taking out of the sleeve.  This is a remarkable copy of a 46 year old record.
SLEEVE:  Sleeve is in VG+ condition.  Sleeve is still in shrink however, there is a HOLE PUNCH in the top left hand corner (See photos).  Shrink is ripped a bit at the site of the hole punch (See photos).  Sleeve is in otherwise great condition.  There is some wear at the corners and some slight wear on the spine towards the top of the sleeve.  Very presentable sleeve!
INNER SLEEVE:  Includes original white generic sleeve from Attic Records.  Inner sleeve has slight discoloration on the corners from age.  No seem splits.  Hole punch in upper left hand corner (Obviously).
