(not including label)
(NM) like new, no marks & pristine sound
(EX) a few very fine marks with little to no affect to sound
(VG+) used record with light surface marks/scuffs. Most likely will have some minimal surface sound(s)
(VG) a well used record with surface marks/scuffs & moderate surface sound(s)
(VG-) looks like a G record but plays a little less than a VG record 
(G+) lots of surface wear & heavier surface sound(s) but no skips
(G) similar to G+ but could have a play-through skip but still listenable with noise
(P) skips, crack, abused, but you still have to have it
