As we only ship internationally using eBay's Global Shipping Programme, please wait until eBay invoice you directly. Do not request a total as this immediately cancels the Global Shipping Programme and we then have no choice other than to cancel your order as this cannot be reinstated once cancelled. As a small local Hospice we cannot ship internationally any other way.
Please be aware that Computer Games, DVD Discs, Blu-Ray Discs, VHS Cassettes etc will all be in the UK Format and Region Code. Make sure your player can play these in your country before bidding. Also, any electrical equipment will be 240v a/c and fitted with a UK 3 pin plug so will not work in the USA etc.   Under no circumstances can we accept returns for these reasons.
Also be aware The eBay Global Shipping program may mark your item as "Delivered" even when you haven't received it. This notification means it has been delivered to an eBay centre and it's now on it's way to you.
