ROLLING STONES- 1st SELF TITLED-LK 4605-MONO-1964. Mona label. 2A/3A VG/VG/VG+.
This is a very early Mono copy of the Stones’ debut album in great condition compared to so many other copies you see.
Original sleeve in VG condition- most copies you see are in dreadful condition but this copy’s only real issue is the writing on rear top left.
Record visually VG, although labels are VG+. Side one label has the very early ‘Mona’ mistake for track 4. Some Scuffs and hairlines but nothing too deep or worrying .
2A/3A matrices. Early 1M/1CG stampers.
Sonically both sides play VG+ with only occasional light crackles, apart from side 1 track 3 which has occasional surface noise.
Most copies you see have been played to death, and look it. This is in decent condition and plays very well without any sticks skips or jumps.
