This listing is for a vintage vinyl LP of the self-titled album by Bonnie Raitt.

This is a US 1973 pressing (of the 1971 album) that was released by Warner Brothers Records with catalog # WS 1953.

This record comes from the collection of a former record store owner who's owned it since they received it new in 1970s.

Since then it's been properly taken care of and was only taken out of storage very recently. Before that it had not been played in over 40+ years.

Record Condition:

Only minor to moderate visible surface wear is present in the way of some light paper scuffs.

Clean center labels.

Vinyl still has a very nice gloss.

There's also some light dust/dirt and a few finger print smudges, so a thorough cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound even more.

Industry Grade: Solid VG+.

Jacket Condition:

Jacket still in the original shrink wrap which has protected it some.

Moderate signs of shelf wear present on edges, spine, and corners visible through the shrink.

Some ring wear appears to be present, but it's tough to know if it's just on the shrink wrap or if it's also on the jacket (see photo).

No seam splits or any other major defects.

Inner Sleeve: Original record label branded paper inner sleeve.

Industry Grade: Strong VG.
