I checked the record for scratches and I found a few that appear minor. Overall, the vinyl is very clean. I purchased this record recently in Okinawa, and attached is the condition in which it was rated. I do not speak Japanese, so I used Google Translate. I am unsure of how accurately the translator worked, but it appears that this record was rated E+ for no scratches.
