This is the 1965 album Guitar Forms by Kenny Burrell in its vinyl LP release in the US on Verve Records (V6-8612)
The vinyl is in Very Good condition with light surface marks that do not affect play, it tracks through and plays fine with moderate surface noise; the picture sleeve is in Very Good Plus condition with minimal edge wear and ring wear.
