The vinyl release features Matt Taylor's art on the gatefold jacket and has a double-sided full-color insert, featuring stills from the film and additional art from Matt Taylor. Pressed across 5 colorful themed variants [RST THC, Clerks III Swirl, Quick Stop, Smoke (Secret Stash), and a Mondo Exclusive Split], this pressing is limited to 1,500 copies.

A replica Nails cigarette box was created to house the cassette tape box, which has the track listing on individual cigarettes (the j card is also reversible with alternate art). The cassette is a black and white split tape, with white and black letters, which is an homage to the original film and RST Video. Cassette tapes are limited to 300 copies.
