Original US Specialty Pressing From 1986 On Elektra. The Runouts Have “EDM1 SF1 SM1 STE-60439-A-DMM-1 SPO-1 SM1-2 Sterling Sound DMM” All Etched. The Record Has Wear Mostly From Handling. Side 1 Has Light Scuffs/Sleeve Burn & Some Light Scratches. No Heavy Scratches, Needle Drops Or Gouges. Just Giving This One A Simple Grading Doesn’t Make Sense But If I Had To I’d Say Side 1 Is(VG). Taking A Deeper Dive Will Give You A Better Idea. The 1st 20secs Or So Of The Intro To “Battery” Has A Spot I Tried To Clean To No Avail. After That The Rest Of The Song Plays Fairly Strong. “Master Of Puppets” Plays Thru Good w/Just A Couple Ticks & Some Crackle On The Stops & Breakdown. “The Thing That Should Not Be” Has Crackle On The Intro. “Welcome Home” Has A Handful Of Ticks But Still Rocks. Side 2 Plays Down A Grade Mostly b/c Of One Tune & Has Some Heavier Scratches(see pics). Disposable Heroes” Plays Thru Pretty Decent. “Leper Messiah” Has Just A Couple Ticks But Nothing Horrible. “Orion” Is The Problem Track w/The Middle Section Pretty Much Toast. It Doesn’t Skip & Tracks Thru But Has Heavy Noise. “Damage Inc” Plays w/Noise & Has Seen Better Days. The Cover Has Normal Wear Nothing Horrid(VG). If You Made It This Far I Hope It Paints A Clear Picture. Not A Stellar Copy By Any Means But It Is An Original Classic. The Inner Sleeve Was Lost But The Music Is All Here. Keeping The Price Reasonable. Or At Least I Hope So.
