This listing is for a lot of 43 various used vintage R&B / Disco / Soul / Funk vinyl LPs of the 1970s & 1980s eras.

Some of these records are from very well known and commercially successful groups while others are a bit more underground and obscure.

Many of the pressings are original first pressings, but they are all vintage pressings as there are no modern pressings in this lot.

Almost all of the releases are from the US, but there might be a few from elsewhere.

These are all full albums as there no 12" singles included.

Several of these albums are also double LPs.

Most of them are true albums but there are a few compilations and soundtracks mixed in.

Record Condition:

The records themselves mostly have minor to moderate visible surface wear present.

Some might have light, non-feelable hairline scratches and/or a few scuff marks, but almost none of the records have any deep groove scratches of note.

Most of the LPs still has a nice high gloss finish with clean center labels.

In the case of all of these albums, there are varying degrees of some light dust/dirt and a few finger print smudges on the vinyl, so a thorough cleaning would remove that and probably brighten the sound and appearance on all of them.

The records would all grade between probably a stronger VG, VG+, and some that would grade higher than that. Most would be VG+ though. There might be a few that are more in the middle of the road VG range, but not very many.

Unfortunately, I was only able to visually grade a majority of these records given time constraints.

Jacket Condition:

In most cases the jackets have varying degrees of moderate shelf wear on edges, spine, and corners consistent with their age and use.

Many of them have some old price stickers, old price sticker residue, or other minor blemishes present or small spots of writing.

I removed some of the price stickers and they came off pretty easily, but I decided to leave that up to the next owner.

And there are a few that have cut out notches in the corners and/or some spots of cardboard creasing.

But almost none of the jackets have any seam splits or major defects of note. In fact, I would say less than 3 or 4 album jackets in this entire lot have any small partial seam splits. But none have any full seam splits.

I would grade most the jackets as being between being middle of the road VG and stronger VG+. A handful of albums in this lot are still in the original shrink wrap. I would grade only a few as being on the lower end of the VG grading.

It appears that most of the jackets do come with their original inner sleeves, with some being just generic and others being printed sleeves.

Please see the various images on this listing for further details on the condition of the albums.
