Recorded on July 27, 1955 in Hollywood, CA. This is an original 1957 Verve MGV 8028 mono reissue. Very early Stan Getz quintet featuring Shelly Manne, Leroy Vinegar, Conti Condoli and Lou Levy organized for an appearance at Zardi’s in Hollywood. Photos show the condition and details of actual items.
Album Description
· VINYL- NM: The LP has never been played. A visual review of both sides shows no scuffs or scratches. Vinyl cleaned using a VPI record cleaning machine before shipping. Any spindle wear occurred during the cleaning process.
· RECORD LABELS: Black with silver copy and Verve “Trumpet” logo.
· COVER- VG++: Glossy laminated front and matte back surfaces show very little age wear. There are no marks, writing, edge tears, corner cuts or seam splits.
· SLEEVE: Original onion paper sleeve.
