As mentioned this album is a factory sealed copy, so the record itself is presumed to be in mint or near mint, unplayed condition, or at least as close to mint as you'll get. Though there are never any guarantees when it comes to sealed vinyl.
The sleeve, while sealed, is in what I'd call good to very good condition with moderate shelf wear visible through the shrink wrap on the edges and corners.
Some minor ring wear is visible, but it's unknown if that is just on the shrink wrap or the jacket itself.
