Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good condition. Minimal amount of corner wear. Two inch area of rubbing on spine.
Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in very good plus condition. All fine except for one small edge split from record cut through on bottom edge.
Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent condition.
