Picture cardboard sleeve is in very good bordering on very good plus condition. Some corner rubbing but nothing overly major.
Printed inner lyrics sleeve is in very good condition. Would be excellent but has 3 inch edge split from record cut through on bottom edge. Cannot be seen. Rest is fine.
Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent condition. Clear crisp sound. Great copy.
