I believe this is the correct version, although this particular one has a sticker (INTS 5063) over the original album codes.

The cover is in very good condition with only minor creases on the edges.

The original album codes have been covered with an RCA sticker of INTS 5063.
NL 83843 is the number on the actual labels
The inner record sleeve has a slate rip which can be seen in the photos, and also peers out at the very bottom
The final and labels look really good.
The album plays through very nicely indeed with only few crackles.
I have put it as VG+ but I might say this is better than that.
