I'm a long-time audiophile and record collector thinning my substantial personal collection.
This Japanese copy of Sgt. Pepper's is very nice. No corner dings, spindle marks or ring-wear. There is a hint of water staining/wrinkling to the top edge of the cover and the OBI but it's very minor. You can see it if you look closely at the photos. Under bright light I can see just a few VERY fine wispy marks that are inaudible. I've personally play graded this record all the way through and rate it E+. The original inserts are both excellent.
This record has been vacuum cleaned on my VPI 16.5 for your listening pleasure.
I've purchased many over-graded LPs on eBay and know just how frustrating that can be. If my records are priced a little higher than others, it's because they're worth it in terms of time and aggravation so buy with confidence!
Your record will be shipped in a plastic outer sleeve in a real record mailer, not some cobbled together pieces of cardboard, so you can be sure it will arrive in the condition expected.
