Do you accept Buy it Now prices/offers?

We do not accept offers unless the listing is specifically a Buy it Now listing. It is our policy to let auctions run their course once they have started.

Delivery/Postage

We will dispatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment, UK deliveries are dispatched though Royal Mail, international deliveries outside of the UK may vary.

Do you combine invoices/postage?

We do combine postage provided that you are based within the UK, we try to combine postage where possible but you may want the request an invoice through eBay.

If you are bidding from outside the UK we use eBay Global Shipping Programme which calculates duty payment, customs and postage costs for us, we CANNOT combine postage though this programme.

Payment

All payments are managed through the eBay payments system, you can choose your preferred method of payment at the time of checkout, payment must be made within 5 days.

Returns & Refunds

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for help or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return an item.

In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit please contact us with a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact you to resolve the issue. Once a returned item is received at our office a refund will be processed via eBay within 2 working days.
