The album was one of the label's best sellers in 2023. Recorded in London with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Joe Hisaishi himself, “A Symphonic Celebration” brings together on the same album the most beautiful pieces from the animated films of Studios Ghibli, newly arranged by the composer for symphony orchestra, including The Howl's Moving Castle, My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Kiki the Little Witch and many others.
