CONDITION/DESCRIPTION: Outer box shows some slight wear. The record looks like it might have either never been played or played just a few times. One side appears to have a small scratch. The booklet seems to be in nice shape, but the centerfold has separated from the rest of the pages. There are no major dings, dents, or tears. 
A neat collectible and a great conversation piece.
