Prior to listing a record all of our records are cleaned in the Spin Clean Record Washing System. This record will be shipped in a brand new generic inner sleeve and a brand new clear plastic outer sleeve to protect the jacket.

CONDITION: The vinyl record is in excellent condition, very nice. I do not like to grade an old record as near mint, but this record is very close to NM. The record plays great on my turntable. The labels are in very nice condition. The jacket is in very good condition with some corner wear, light record ring. The song lyrics are found on the back of the jacket.
