This cover is in very good+ condition, with mild record rubbing and the pocket edge is a little scuffed. See all pics.
The records are both very clean and rated very good+.
There is one promo insert that has some wrinkling on one corner.
The two inner sleeves that hold the records are in bad shape as the records have split the sides. These have the lyrics on them. I will put the records in plain sleeves for shipping and include the damaged ones. Maybe new owner will want to tape them.
The records will be shipped outside the cover in a sleeve with cardboard inserts for protection and shipped in a special record box.
