Picture cardboard laminated sleeve is in very good condition. Facings fine. Seam needs gluing at bottom, easily done. Corner rubbing minimal. Closer to very good plus.
Printed inner cardboard sleeve is in very good. Would be excellent but has 3 inch seam split from record cut through on bottom edge. Again facings great.
Record has been test played and has been found to be in excellent minus condition. There are small marks when held up to non artificial light that cannot be seen under normal circumstances so I am just mentioning for full disclosure. Not visible normally and not audible in terms of crackle.
I have though added the minus just for that.
