This US first pressing of the album was released in 1984 by RCA.
As mentioned this album is a factory sealed copy, so the record itself is presumed to be in mint or near mint, unplayed condition, or at least as close to mint as you'll get. Though there are never any guarantees when it comes to older sealed vinyl.
The sleeve, while sealed, is in what I'd call good condition with moderate shelf wear visible through the shrink wrap on the edges and more so on the corners.
Some signs of ring wear are also visible, but it's unknown if that is just on the shrink wrap or the jacket itself.
While sealed, the shrink has begun to rip some, mostly on the back side of the jacket.
