This is a demonstration record that accompanied Packard Bell stereo record players. Based on the insert that is included with record, it originally came with the Garrard Model 3000 4 Speed Record Changer & Player. Sleeve - paper sleeve, no outer cardboard sleeve. Excellent clean.
