Wild and crazy R&B rocker version of Big Mama Thornton, which was later covered by Elvis Presley. A whole lotta energy by everyone on this great recording. This was later issued on Big Town (not sure if same version) Recorded on 9/9/1954
The numbers inscribed on the acetate 4*6709-RE-1-D
The playing grooves begin 4/5 into acetate and in Mint- condition. Has some outer edge flaking. This must have stood in 4 Star studio warehouse untouched and unplayed for over 70 years.
