The 6th full lenght album by the 4 tireless dutch guys from LEGION OF THE DAMNED is called ''Ravenous Plague''. It disclosed in 2014 another real thrash bomb & setting the bar high again for the competition. The guitar work from this 11 salvos on ''Ravenous Plague '' is more complex than that was the case by LEGION OF THE DAMNED ever before, which is mainly due to the new member Twan Van Geel. LEGION OF THE DAMNED, however, have remained the compact, low-rolling unit, and are back also in the 45 minutes of ''Ravenous Plague'' with their Thrash Metal trademark marrying Death Metal. There are massively cutting, galloping riffs, dry drumming and frontman Maurics Swinkels, who sounds familiar deadly and pissed off. In the midst of the rampant Thrash Mania, LEGION OF THE DAMNED have also been able to work their very own profile since the beginning, not a matter of course in these with metal overloaded days. All Death or Thrash Metal connoisseur should know the band's sound, as "Ravenous Plague" gets better, catchier, more irresistible with each round. The black vinyl edition is limited to only 250 copies and comes with lyric insert.
