Up for auction is a rather rare soul single from 1966 on the Fairmount label. The artist is Oscar Wright, and the tunes are ‘Leave Me Alone’ b/w ‘Fell In Love’.
The labels are minty clean, as you can see in the photos.

The styrene disc has sleeve scuffs and a couple light scratches that don’t seem to affect the sound.
Unfortunately someone wrote the artist’s name on the paper sleeve, and it left a slight indentation on the wax. Disappointing, but it is a light mark and has no effect on the sound.
The songs explode from the grooves. I used a conical stylus to test the record, and I recommend that for best results.
