Brand new and sealed. The photo in the listing of the autographed insert is one I opened for photos, the one you receive will be sealed and there will be a little variance in the autograph from copy to copy since they are all hand signed. While unlikely, I cannot accept any returns if the autograph you receive in your sealed record is not to your liking. I have not personally seen any badly smudged or damaged ones however and I expect this one to be no different. .
Please keep in mind that Katy signed the insert, which measures roughly the size of the album cover. This is how all the ones are directly from her and be wary of anyone selling versions with the front cover signed.
