Comments: Monkee Jones had this short lived label (May through Jul 1967) named after himself with a total of four releases, this being the final one. This 45 was initially released on Demand and subsequently picked up by this label for better distribution.
The A-side starts with crashing waves, screeching seagulls and a ‘Sea Cruise’-style sax sounding like a foghorn, before breaking into an up-tempo West Coast Surf & Beach song with a busy backing showing plenty of both Beach Boys and Spector influences. B-side is slow, spoken rather than sung, by a male voice supported by back-up voices.
