I don't know much about this origins of this promo copy of Brothers & Sisters, but it looks legit! There is a Warner Brothers promo sticker on the cover with the handwritten Band Name/Album Title. It even includes the record lyric insert. It's possible this was handed out very early to radio stations or within the record label itself.
All I know is it's a cool collectible for a Allman Brothers fan!
