Here is a SEALED very 1st Pressing THE EAGLES Hotel California LP Asylum 7E-1084 

This is an excellent album that came out in a great era and would go on to become one of the best selling lp's of all time.  Yet, it is extremely difficult to find a SEALED earliest pressing like this one.  The initial pressings (7E) started in December 1976 and lasted into the first half of 1977.  Then around June/July 1977 a humongous 2nd pressing was done as this album was becoming hugely popular.  The later much more common pressing was issued with catalog #6E and lasted into the 80's. 

So this specimen is the very earliest pressing that was available!!  Even if the very very first copies came with only a simple small 'Eagles' sticker, within a few months they knew the hits and devised the larger hype sticker with the most popular hits as you see on this album.  The bigger sticker may even look better, but everything else is exactly the same. 

The cover is in awesome condition, minor surface rub and it's mostly on the back.  Solid corners and edges.  This album, as in all early pressings, will have the fold out poster of the band inside. This is a super hard to find specimen!!
